Deep Tissue Massage: Emily does not offer deep tissue massage. Instead, her work integrates a range of techniques with gentle to firm pressure, engaging tissues safely while avoiding pain or discomfort. She continually assesses and adapts throughout each session to support effective, lasting results.

Sessions take place on a padded, height-adjustable table. You can stay clothed or undress to your comfort, with a sheet and blanket for modest coverage and a table warmer if desired.
Choose a session length based on your needs:
45 minutes: Focus on a single need, such as jaw tension or general stress relief.
60 or 75 minutes: Address one or two focus areas or support overall comfort and relaxation.
90 minutes: Provides full-body attention, with or without a specific focus area.
